Cell Culture Time-Course Growth Measurement
Overall, the Byonoy has had a seamless operation in our automated workflows allowing us to produce quality data and reduce cycle time. We were able to integrate (Absorbance 96 Automate) with our liquid handling instrument using the auto read, auto data export feature and existing gripper in the pipettor. We have successfully captured time-course growth phenotype of our cell culture and received very positive feedback from our scientists. We directly compared the Byonoy with our current plate readers with very comparable results which is great to see considering the faster read time of the Byonoy. The gripper is also able to consistently move and place the Byonoy lid between bases.

Easy Integration:
Absorbance 96 Automate is platform-independent and can be easily integrated into any system that has a microplate gripper. Easy communication via the Absorbance 96 App, which can be controlled by a scheduler via Sila2 or a driver from the manufacturer of the user's liquid handler.
Compactness:
Its small footprint (dimension: 15,5 x 9,5 cm) saves valuable deck space and third-party hardware requirements. Beveled edges of Absorbance 96 Automate ensure correct alignment.
Function and application:
Plate detection allows an automatic measurement and streamlined workflow. Designed with 6 LEDs enables researchers to perform colorimetric assays in the visible range, such as ELISA, BCA, Bradford, OD600, or cellular assays such as MTT or XTT with readouts within 5 secs.
