Counting cells in Lymphocytes
1. It is easier to distinguish the front and rear than the previous model. 2. It is packaged in a case, so it is convenient to use it several times. 3. There is no individual packaging, so there is no waste. 4. It is more convenient than a Hemocytometer, which has to be wiped after every use.

Cell counting
I usually used 4-channel chip. I can get two results simultaneously. And the loading method is also easy and simple. The biggest advantage is that the amount of sample used is small, so it is economical from the point of view of the researcher. Propidium Iodide (PI) is a vital stain used to colour mammalian cell DNA with fluorescent dye. PI does not enter cells with intact cell membranes or active metabolism. In contrast, cells with damaged membranes or with inactive metabolism are unable to prevent PI from entering themselves. As a result, only the nuclei of non-viable cells are stained.
AccuStain Solution T for the total cell counting is composed of fluorescent dye (PI) and lysis solution.
AccuStain Solution N for the non-viable cell counting is composed of fluorescent dye and PBS.
