Using regenerative Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology our TOC generator provides ideal performance, efficiency and reliability. Ultra dry air containing less than 1 ppm of CO2 and free of TOC (Total Organic Carbons). The generator is mounted in its own enclosure that allows it to be easily wall or stand mounted. Delivering up to 5 litres/minute of TOC free air the TOC generator is ideal for supporting small scale applications. A TOC generator provides a lower power solution and offers a single integrated air treatment option that also removes carbon dioxide and moisture from compressed air. Each unit is supplied with an integral buffer tank to even out the airflow and includes a full particulate filtration system that removes particles down to 0.01 µm in size. An external regulator is also supplied.
