Biotinylated Human TNF-alpha Protein, His,Avitag™, active trimer (MALS verified)
ACROBiosystemsWorldwide
Biotinylated Human TNF-alpha, His, Avitag (TNA-H82E3) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™), and has a calculated MW of 20.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 21 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
- Closer to the natural conformation in humans due to expressed by HEK293 cells
- High purity and homogeneity in structure are verified by both SDS-PAGE and SEC-MALS
- High bioactivity of binding with receptor or antibody is verified by ELISA/SPR/BLI/cell-based assay. Protocols shared
- Strict quality control to guarantee high batch-to-batch consistency (ELISA as QC test)
