The Caspase-Glo® 3/7 Assay System is a highly sensitive caspase activity assay for use in plate-reader assays. The assay protocol is a simple, add-mix-measure protocol that does not require sample preparation. The sensitivity of the assay requires fewer cells than other detection methods. The assay is easily scalable to 96-, 384-, and 1536-well formats.
