When we first purchased our BioX, the service was great, but now I can't get anyone from tech support to help us with a machine issue. If you're in the market for a bioprinter, look elsewhere because you won't get help after they get your money.

The printer was installed very recently, so we are only starting to use it. The training provided by the engineers from CELLINK was awesome. We have access to a lot of online resources and CELLINK people are very helpful and happy to give advice. We have the BIO X and the LUMEN X: both are really intuitive to use and the fact that they do not need networking and/or interfacing with a computer is definitely a bonus for us (saves bench space). We are looking forward to doing more on the two instruments and to collaborating with CELLINK.

CELLINK have created an easy to use and versatile piece of equipment. I'm able to print with three different printheads containing different cell types and inks, and programme these to have different infill patterns giving endless possibilities to printed constructs. The customer care with CELLINK is excellent, the technical staff team are on hand to provide help and troubleshooting. There is a huge online platform filled with resources and publications to help with your planning and achieving your goal. Tissue engineering
My research program transformed once I bought the Bio X. The Bio X made it possible for my team to create our own unique matrices out of different bioinks to grow a variety of different cells in unique configurations. Thanks to the Bio X we have been able to develop new ways to manipulate the behavior of stem cells for regenerative medicine applications. Furthermore, the customer and technical support has been spectacular, and the company is fun to work with. I look forward to purchasing more instruments from Cellink.

We got a lot of information and openness from them. We were invited to see and test the bio-printer, they warmly welcomed us and gave us a lot of attention. After we bought the printer we got amazingly fast and great quality support from them even for problems that had already been explained.
