You can write on the label the commissioning date and the date of your filter replacement.
The Timer is a time monitoring allowing you to know when you have to change your charcoal filter cartridge.
The Timer indicators are simply activated by squeezing the bubble on the top of the Timer with your finger. A red line appears almost immediately to confirm that the Timer is activated and the window will completely fill with color as time goes on.
Twelve months later, the Timer is fully colored, it's time to replace your charcoal filter cartridge.
