CMT 167 Cell Line

Highly metastatic murine alveolar lung carcinoma cell line, derived from the CMT 64 line, that serves as an efficient in vivo tumourigenesis system due to its stable growth and consistent morphology both in culture and in lung metastases following subcutaneous inoculation. This well-characterised lung carcinoma cell line is widely used to investigate:

• Metastasis
• Immune responses
• Immunoresistance

This cell line can also be used in drug discovery for assessing efficacy on metastasis and immunoresistance.
