cobas p 501 / cobas p 701 Post-Analytical Units

The cobas p post-analytical unit is an automated storage device for sample archiving after the analytical phase. Major benefits of the solution are:

• Shorter Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Reduction/elimination of manual handling for archiving, retrieval, and wasting.
• Reduction/elimination of biohazard exposure.
• Continuous quality monitoring of the storage area and complete traceability of all processes (storage, retrieval, and wasting).

The solutions are designed with a storage capacity of 13'500 up to 27'000 samples (cobas p 501 post-analytical unit and cobas p 701 post-analytical unit respectively).
