Buffer Preparation/Stirring/Heating
Corning stirrer/Hot plate is used for mixing the solution and also heating the samples (proteins for SDS-PAGE 95 C). This machine is good as it works both as a stirrer and a heater. I recommend it to use for mixing the solution and also heating the samples.
