Recycling Corning plastic packaging/styrofoam
Absolutely love this company's recycling program. It makes us as a lab feel responsible for the waste we produce. Knowing how the current recycling system handles plastic waste, we are very happy to return it to a group that has the capability to actually recycle the packaging. I think all companies should utilize this service so we can make one of the higher polluting industries into a more sustainable model while still helping people as a whole. I thank Corning dearly for implementing this in their catalog.

Don't throw away your Corning®, Falcon®, or Axygen® product packaging. Recycle it through Corning’s packaging recycle program.
Recycle Program available only in the United States.
Recycle vendor will recycle materials that meets its criteria.
Please note: Items not allowed for recycling:
- No actual products, biohazard materials, liquids, radioactive waste, or regulated waste of any kind.
- No packaging from biologically coated products (Corning BioCoatTM, Corning Matrigel®, etc.).
- No cardboard/corrugated boxes.
- No packaging materials from other manufacturers. Because Corning pays a fee per box, please only recycle plastic packaging from Corning’s brands (Corning, Costar, Falcon, and Axygen). Packaging from other brands will be returned to customers at their own expense
