Agilent's eArray application
Over the last decade the field of DNA methylation has grown dramatically and become one of the most dynamic and rapidly developing branches of molecular biology. The Custom DNA Methylation Microarray is dedicated to the development of a technology for unbiased, high-throughput DNA methylation profiling of large genomic regions. In this method, with the Agilent's eArray methylated DNA fractions are enriched using a series of treatments with methylation sensitive restriction enzymes, and interrogated on microarrays. We found Agilent’s product excellent and the competitive pricing and excellent support as expected from a company we relied in the past to deliver what it claims.
