Easier way to quantify cell proliferation by fluorescence plate reader. Worth a go!!
Cell proliferation assay
CyQuant Direct enables simple fluorimetric analysis of cell numbers, useful for quantifying proliferation. Perfect for 96-well microtitre plate format. A "suppressor dye" quenches background signal from dead/ non-viable cells and the signal appears linear from 5,000 - 50,000 cells. Could be cheaper but a very useful and easy to use kit.
