Great for movement and social assays
Animal model tracking
We use this for zebrafish larvae studies and track distance, movement, and velocity. The system tracks rather efficiently, but is not a high speed camera. There are multiple assays in which the system can perform, making it very versatile and can be used with other animal models.

How does it work?
DanioVision is an innovative system including an Observation Chamber (internal IR light, IR sensitive camera, optical design to prevent distortion, white light, tapping stimulus, and room for more), that allows for the tracking of up to 96 individuals simultaneously, a Temperature Control Unit, and EthoVision XT software on a computer.
