Temperature range corresponds to mentioned interval (20 to 100°C). Accuracy is +/- 0.5°C as expected. 10 minutes are enough when speaking of rising temperatures (from room temperature to 37 °C). It is an easy-frienly device, and also a compact/small system. Very useful and valuable. I can recommend it!
