good yield, easy to use
genomic DNA extraction from Gram-negative bacteria
We have used the kit for isolation of genomic DNA from Gram-negative bacteria. The kit works well giving a good yield. However, the column will clog if too much material is added, so stick to the instructions for bacteria or reduce the amount of input material even further.
