Power snap plus electrophoresis sytems is a great device created to ease out the agarose gel electrophoresis process. The device paired along with the e-gels run without buffers and you can extract the band by just adding buffer or water once the band reaches the recovery well. The other cool feature is the reverse gel protocol where if your band of interest went past the recovery well , you can run a reverse protocol and bring the band back into the recovery well. The other feature that really is promising is the camera that brings the opportunity to visualize the gel running in real time. Very satisfied with this product. worth an investment.
