The EasySep™ Direct HLA T Cell Isolation Kit (IVD) can be used to isolate highly purified T cells directly from human whole blood, buffy coat, spleen, or lymph nodes by immunomagnetic negative selection.
This kit targets non-T cells for removal with antibodies recognizing specific surface markers. Unwanted cells are labeled with antibodies and EasySep™ Direct RapidSpheres™, and separated using an EasySep™ magnet. Desired cells are simply collected into a new tube and can directly be used for downstream in vitro diagnostic applications.
This kit carries the CE mark and is available as a Class I in vitro diagnostic device (IVD) in the European Union, Canada, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, and Australia.
