Very useful and powerful tools for 3D auto-imaging and image analysis for histology, immunochemistry, and immunofluorescence, I published one paper titled "Comparison of unbiased estimation of neuronal number in the rat hippocampus with different staining methods" (2015) in which I demonstrated the details about how to combine the equipment/tools (Nikon ECLIPSE Ci-L microscope system) with methods/techniques (unbiased stereological estimation) together for scientific research.

Nice high quality microscope. Nikon attached camera connected to a TV screen made it able to go from a dual head to a single head. The resolution on the scope is better that the resolution in the camera.
