ELEVECTA™ producer cell line

ELEVECTA™ producer cell line is a stable line for inducible AAV production. It is a true producer cell line that has Rep, Helper, Cap, and gene of interest (GOI) stably integrated into the host cell’s genome, and it requires only a single induction step to initiate AAV production.

• Simplified manufacturing process – Start AAV production with the addition of an inducer to the bioreactor, replacing the multi-step transfection process.
• Scalability – Scale seamlessly to achieve large quantities of AAV material, as the induction step is scale independent.
• Reproducibility – Use the monoclonal cell line to enable every AAV production batch to be produced in the same way with a simple induction step. The result is a robust manufacturing process with minimal batch-to-batch variability.
