The human IgG ELISA Flex kit is ideal for users who want the flexibility of setting up their own ELISA assay. This product enables quantification of total human IgG in solution, e.g. in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants, and contains matched quantities of monoclonal capture antibody, ALP-conjugated detection antibody, ELISA standard, and standard reconstitution buffer. Plates and substrate are not included.
The monoclonal antibodies in this kit are specific for the Fc part of human IgG.
