The EVE Slides provide accurate and precise readings for cell counting. I use these slides regularly to seed cells for experimentation. I have also used these slides to examine cell viability through various drug treatments and selection conditions. Finally, we have used these cells to examine anoikis viability of cancer cells on low adherent plates. These slides are compatible with the Themofisher/Invitrogen Cell Countess which provides a cheaper but same quality product than purchasing Countess Slides.
