FastDigest® Restriction Enzymes
FastDigest® restriction enzymes are an advanced line of restriction enzymes for rapid DNA digestion. All FastDigest® enzymes are 100% active in the universal FastDigest® Green buffer and are able to digest DNA in 5-15 min. This enables any combination of restriction enzymes to mork simultaneously in one reaction tube and eliminates the need for sequential digestions. FastDigest® enzymes can be used to digest plasmid, genomica…

Cloning
One universal buffer for all enzymes + Fast digestion of PCR and plasmid DNA allow fast cloning and save time! You can use these enzymes for miniprep screening as well. Be careful to not use them for overnight digestion, the buffer contains PEG which stick to DNA and can interfere with ligation/transformation...

For molecular cloning
Fast Digest restriction enzymes are quite worth full products because very efficient and time saving. Particularly in double digestions, having compatible buffers and top of if having long shelf life. I used after expiry and obtained satisfactory results.
