DNA extraction and purification
Used for PCR and RTPCR gene expression and gene validation. Easy to use so would definitely recommend to a colleague. The value of the product is well adapted to automation and easy to store. Before purchase I would have liked to have known more about the equipment and also the other products that need to be purchased to use the product.

DNA purification from blood
The purification kit does not always contain the correct amount of solutions. It provides too much buffer and too little solution to actually purify the DNA. When purifying DNA from blood, large volumes of all solutions are very important.
