PhyTip columns are designed and fully tested for use on Freedom EVO platforms equipped with 8- or 96-channel pipetting arms, offering walkaway purification of up to 96 samples in as little as 15 minutes.
The system allows robust processing of both native and recombinant proteins – as well as other analytes, such as carbohydrates – with low cross-contamination and high reproducibility. PhyTip columns can be packed with either standard or custom chromatography media, giving customers the highest possible flexibility in their choice of purification methods.
