Fugene 6 is one of our new favorite transfection reagents. We're using it quite often and it gives us great results on Hela and HEK293 cells and other cell lines too. We are thinking about switching from TransIT_293 and Hela Monster, except that the Promega's sales rep for Cambridge is really bad and she refused to give us any discount above 2% (!) of original price, even when we said we'd be buying it in bulks of 5 tubes, throughout the year. Such a good reagent but bad sales rep and relatively high price.
