Measuring saliva pH
For my Ph.D. project, I had to measure the pH of saliva samples mixed with other materials, the big challenge was to measure the pH of very small volumes such as 250-300 microliter. It was impossible to perform that by using a normal pH meter as it requires at least 3 mL. Fortunately, I found the only capable instrument to complete my research and it was the "Electrolyte analyzer-Genius GE300". It is easy to use, gives precise results within a very short time and sample codes can be entered and saved to be viewed or printed later.
