The device is very intuitive to use, troubleshooting is minimal as everything is contained in a testing cartridge. The iQM technology is a great improvement as no external QCs are needed making it easier for the end users to maintain and operate the devices. AT the same time, internal controls performed before, during and after sample analysis ensure reliability of results. The service provided by the company is superb and any issues are addressed same day most of the time.
