GenScript gBlocks makes difficult cloning possible.
gBlocks from GenScript for cloning
We generally order long artificial DNA sequences from GenScript. The algorithm that notifies if gBlock is OK for synthesis works amazing. Less resistentialism with gBlocks makes cloning faster and experiments smoother. I have found them to be working more often than their competitors products even for difficult sequences which their competitors refuse to synthesize. They are a bit costlier but quite more trustworthy.
