Enrichment of O-glycosylated proteins and peptides
The GlycOCATCH resin can be used to selectively capture and enrich O-glycosylated proteins and peptides. Binding of O-glycosylated proteins or peptides occurs under physiological conditions and simulataneous desialylation. Bound O-glycosylated proteins / peptides can either beremoved using 8 M urea or using cative OpeRATOR enzyme.
