Agilent Glycosyltransferase (formerly ProZyme) kits are enzymes which are capable of adding terminal monosaccharides to released glycans or intact glycoproteins. They are used for in vitro sialylation and galactosylation of glycoproteins such as human antibodies. Glycosyltransferases are considered a viable alternative to chemical synthesis in the preparation of oligosaccharides.
