HA-100 is an isoquinoline compound with an added piperazinylsulfonyl group that acts as an inhibitor of protein kinases (PKs), including PKA, PKC, and PKG (IC₅₀ = 8, 12, and 4 µM, respectively) (Hagiwara et al.).
