Zivak HB-100 eliminates the errors caused by manual sample preparation. HB-100 Hemoglobin A1c and Variant Analyzer delivers solution to low throughput problem in chromatography analysis.Zivak HB-100 system can inject from closed cap sample collection tubes. Opening the tubes poses a great risk of contamination for the technician. With Zivak HB-100, this risk is eliminated.
All sample preparation steps are carried out by the unique modules of HB-100 analyzer. Thanks to these unique modules, the proccesses listed below can be done by robotic arms:
- Rotational Barcode reading from whole blood tubes
- Sample inversion for homogenization
- Sample transfer from whole blood tubes
- Dilution and Hemolysis
- Injection and data acquisition
The system does not require any human intervention in any of these steps.
Zivak HB-100 system inverts the whole blood sample tubes for homogenisation before the sample preparation if needed. The system automatically generates sample sequence by reading barcode from primary sample collection tube which barcoded by hospital LIS system.
Thanks to its rotational barcode reading which followed by automated sample preparation, the system is independent from the position of the barcode on the sample tube or the position of the sample tube in the sample tray.
Place your samples as you get without aligning the barcodes. There is no possibility of a sample mismatch from the transfer of the samples from primary sample tubes to standart chromatography vials or well plates. Therefore, there is no possibility of a mismatch of sample identities or results which are directly transferred to the LIS system of the laboratory by the AutoMass HB-100 Software.
