KNAUER’s high-pressure, two-piston dosing pumps provide high accuracy for processing applications in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries as well as for analysis in research and development.
The pumps can be used to process aqueous solutions, liquid gases, organic solvents and, due to their high chemical resistance, they are also suitable for use with aggressive media. The dosing pumps can achieve an impressively precise flow rate precision and low pulsation:
- Flow rates between 10 mL/min and 1,000 mL/min possible
- High pressure pumping up to 650 bar
- Operates at temperatures between -10 °C to 120 °C
- Capable of working with viscous liquids (max viscosity of 1,000 mPa∙s
The pumps are easily operated as a stand-alone system or can be integrated into almost any process environment via intuitive remote-control options.
RF-ID technology is integrated into the pumps, allowing them to be easily exchanged - this helps to maximise processing uptime and provides a high level of flexibility with respect to the flow and pressure range required.
