The technical support at Hiranuma is not super knowledgeable, but the quality of the instrument is very good. The autotitrator takes a little getting used to - it is not very straightforward, but when you learn it it becomes second nature.

The titration results and titration conditions including titration/differential curve data can be stored on a USB JumpDrive. To edit and view the data stored in the USB, an optional software "Titra-Net Viewer" is necessary.
