The HTRF® Transcreener™ ADP assay is a homogeneous non-radioactive assay which measures the generation of ADP. This universal solution can be used to assess kinase and ATPase activity for High Throughput Screening and profiling applications.
Enzyme-free detection allows for a low false positive rate. ADP is directly detected by a monoclonal antibody labeled with Eu3+ cryptate and correlates tightly with the amount of phosphorylated substrate for a kinase assay.
HTRF® Transcreener™ ADP assay is a competitive immunoassay in which native ADP and d2 labeled ADP compete to bind to an anti-ADP MAb-cryptate.
