PromoCell offers a complete Mesenchymal Stem Cell portfolio to meet your research requirements. This includes three types of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) derived from bone marrow, umbilical cord matrix and adipose tissues, as well as growth and differentiation media.

PromoCell human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSC) are available from normal human bone marrow, adipose tissue, and umbilical cord matrix.

The cells are tested for their ability to differentiate in vitro into adipocytes, chondrocytes, and osteoblasts.

All our hMSC cells show a verified marker expression profile that complies with recommendations by the International Society for Cellular Therapy (ISCT), providing well characterized cells.

Key Benefits:

  • All of our MSC are guaranteed to grow with a doubling time of <30h for a minimum of 10 population doublings
  • Each MSC lot is tested for differentiation into osteoblasts, adipocytes and chondrocytes in accordance with ISCT guidelines
  • Each MSC lot is tested for CD73+/CD90+/CD105+ and CD14-/CD19-/CD34-/CD45-/HLA-DR-
  • Our newly designed MSC Growth Medium 2 with low-serum content (2% FCS) ensures low batch-to-batch variation
  • DXF Medium available for defined and xeno-free culture of MSC
