Primary human mononuclear cells (MNCs) were isolated from peripheral blood (PB), leukapheresis, or whole blood samples using density gradient separation or red blood cell lysis. PB was collected using one of the following anticoagulants: acid-citrate-dextrose (ACD), acid-citrate-dextrose solution A (ACDA), citrate-phosphate-dextrose (CPD), citrate-phosphate-double-dextrose (CP2D), or citrate-phosphate-dextrose-adenine (CPDA). High-resolution HLA typing for Class I and Class II alleles and CMV status are available upon request.
Cells were obtained using Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved consent forms and protocols.
