The ClearView membrane contains 96 laser etched pores with a diameter of 8µm. Cells are added to the upper chamber and chemoattractant to the lower reservoir plate. Chemotactic transmembrane migration is visually monitored within your incubator and automatically analyzed using the Incucyte® Live-Cell Analysis System.
