Analysis of clinical chemistry in serum/plasma of various animal species
The Indiko Plus is a very easy system to use for the analysis of clinical chemistry parameters. In my lab we use it for the analysis of such parameters in serum and plasma of various animal species (e.g. swine, cattle, poultry...) and it works perfectly. The resultysare very reproducable and stable. The software is easy to handly and so far (2years) we did not have any problems. The cusomer service is great and always there when needed.

Clinical chemistry
The instrument is robust, easy to use and reliable in terms of accuracy and precision. It has a short turn around time and doesn't require specific temperature in the room. They are available for small, medium and large hospital set ups, also exists as both stand alone and bench top analysers.

Analysis of metabolites in blood e.g enzymes, proteins, bone biochemistry, creatinine, urea etc
This is an instrument on which I carried out a validation study. The Indiko system fulfills the acceptable criteria for analytical performance which includes precision, linearity, acceptable probe carryover besides; it was fully comparable with the reference instrument in my lab. It is therefore suitable for use in clinical chemistry laboratory especially in routine and emergency operations for small and medium sized laboratories and as a backup for large laboratories.
