The assay has been validated on various biological material including isolated perfused pancreas, plasma, and pancreatic â-cell supernatants.

The HTRF® insulin assay is particularly well adapted to HTS with a Z’ value of 0.89 and a signal-to-background of 18 in 96- or 384-well plates.
