This product is virtually idiot-proof. The detailed protocol that comes with the kit is not only easy to follow, but very adaptable. The dynabeads are also quite durable and can be stored for some time in the refrigerator and re-used, which increases their value.

Analyze protein-protein interaction

I've used Dynabeads in order to study the interaction of two proteins and in particular to pull-down enzymatically byotinilated overexpressed protein to identift its interactors and it works great. The use of the magnet make the process of washing much faster and give better results!
