Better than the MagNA Pure Compact
gDNA extraction
This instrument outperforms the Roche MagNA Pure Compact in terms of gDNA quality. Along with diagnostic RT-PCR, I am able to conduct efficient short-read sequencing from specimens to test for antibiotic resistance using this instrument. I was not able to do with the Roche instrument. Very happy with the performance and highly recommended.
