The ProLong Antifade Kit provides a powdered antifade reagent and a liquid mounting medium that can be mixed together and applied directly to fluorescently labeled cell or tissue samples on microscope slides to protect the dyes from fading (photobleaching) during fluorescence microscopy experiments. ProLong antifade medium is a curing mountant that allows longer-term storage of the sample.
