S5 plus has a user-friendly interface and pretty straightforward workflow making it easy for a novice to work on. I have used this instrument in my previous organisations and can vouch for the quality. The automation significantly reduces the learning curve and facilitates faster turnaround time. The after sales support is also good and therefore it becomes easy for anyone trying to validate in their lab, especially for diagnostics. The only challenge is that the cost per reportable test can be significantly brought down.
