Measures the thermodynamic parameters in binding reactions
I have been using this instrument for several years and I am very satisfied with it. The ITC is very sensitive (with good signal to noise ratio for low nJ per sec) and allows to obtain dH, dS, and dissociation constant for binding of molecules in the solution. The dedicated software for analysis of the results is freely available from the vendor website. I have to admit, that the support from the service is excellent (quick response and very helpful).
