Affinité Instruments' KNX2 is an innovative pump that allows easy integration with Affinité’s portable SPR instruments to get real-time insights into biological pathways and mechanisms. Practical sample preparation steps allow for very quick sensor chip preparation and rapid flushing on SPR sensor using the manual bypass port before switching to sample loop injection for characterizing biokinetics interactions. Minimal time is required for pump setup, and it provides faster measurement cycles. Perform washing steps with quick manual injection at any point during a run cycle. A fast and convenient way to start the next experiment cycle. True reference data. Dual-channel operation with two independent pumps means achieving true dynamic reference channel subtraction in kinetics measurement or measuring two sample types at once.
