We consistently achieve high-titer, highly reproducible lentiviral preparations using the Lenti-X Concentrator.
We use the product for lentivirus concentration for high titer
We have relied on the Lenti-X Concentrator for multiple projects requiring high-titer lentiviral preparations, and it has consistently performed exceptionally well. The reagent is straightforward to use, highly scalable, and a much more convenient alternative to ultracentrifugation. In our hands, it routinely delivers a strong 10–100x concentration, producing clean and infectious viral preps. This has been especially valuable when working with primary CD34+ cells, where achieving a high enough titer can be challenging. Using Lenti-X has allowed us to obtain reliable, robust titers with excellent reproducibility across batches. It has become our go-to method for lentivirus concentration, and we highly recommend it for labs that need consistent, high-efficiency viral production.
