Leucosep tubes, with porous barrier
Efficient separation of lymphocytes and mononuclear cells from peripheral blood and bone marrow
Biobank
Decrease by half the time our protocol of PBMC isolation from blood compare to the conventional method (layering blood directly over Ficoll), which is great in our case since we process a lot of blood each day. Good quality and quantity of PBMC after isolation with Ficoll. I will never go back to the conventional method.

Plasma fractionation
Having previously tried other ways of separating PBMCs from the red blood cell fraction, I can confidently say that these Leucosep tubes are the easiest way of separating out PBMCs and they also keep a high percentage of the PBMCs alive in the process. They are easy to use, in that you simply fill them and pop them in the centrifuge. The company's after-sales care, I have tested personally redeeming their Buy 3, Get 1 Free offer, which went off without a hitch. Their value for money is overall good as well.
