Time saver!!
Molecular cloning into synthetic bacteria
When time isn't on my side in the lab, this ligase is a life saver. After an easy reaction setup and only a few minutes I have a high proportion of ligated fragments, for which I can transform into my E.coli. Meaning in a day I can have my recombinant plasmids constructed and in my bacteria, opposed to 2 days with other standard ligases.

Rapid ligation is based on the combination of T4 DNA Ligase with a unique 2X Rapid Ligation Buffer to speed up and streamline your cloning experiments. The LigaFast™ System is designed to eliminate any further purification prior to transformation of ligated DNA. The specially formulated 2X Rapid Ligation Buffer requires no additional ATP or Mg2+ addition prior to use.
